About the Event

Dr Kirstie Lawton is an AfN registered Nutritionist and a CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist with a PhD in nutrition, a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and a nutrition career spanning more than 20 years. She is currently completing a Master's degree at the University of Sheffield in Neuroscience and Neurodegeneration, and is head of the You Nutrition Clinic, UK,  specialising in supporting  adults who have been diagnosed with or are at risk of developing neurodegenerative health conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease (MND/ALS), Huntington's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).


Kirstie's interest in brain health is based on her own experience with a seemingly undiagnosable range of neurological symptoms, which have improved through diet, lifestyle and nutraceutical support. She is currently focusing her clinical work on diet and lifestyle approaches to support those with Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, and Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
